1. When will my order ship?
Skiniks Australia are the direct manufacturers of your boots and slippers. We only make to order, therefore we recommend you allow 1-3 weeks on average to receive your custom made goods, longer on International orders.

2. What methods of payment does Skiniks Australia accept?
All money orders and cheques are to be made out to Marylee & VJ Accessories. Orders paid by personal cheque can be retained for up to 18 days while the cheque clears. All transactions are in AUD dollars.

3. Who is responsible for the duties, taxes and brokerage fees on an international order?
The recipient of the delivery is responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees. We only charge the shipping and handling fee, please check with your local agency for fee details.

4. My Skiniks Australia boots appear a little different in color to the same color last year?
Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may by some variations in color and texture with in a batch. This is just characteristic of sheepskin and adds to the character of the footwear.

5. What are the Shipping costs for International Orders?
For International deliveries, shipping charges vary according to destination and the weight of the order. The final fee will be provided via email upon receipt of order.
